夏瑪仁波切

夏瑪仁波切湼槃三年多了，在他的祖庭旭光寺，安座著鎏金舍利塔，綺寶莊嚴，裡面裝藏著他的心，眼及舌等等舍利。

我與閉關教授師～喇嘛尼將，遶塔三匝，靜靜坐下，寂靜安住，晏然無念，這是仁波切的加持嗎？！襌定了一會兒，童音與鼓音，無邪和諧的飄送著瑪哈嘎啦護法的藏樂聲⋯⋯。這個傳承的血脈仍在延續著！

在世界的另一邊，美國維吉尼亞州的仁波切舍利塔也從地湧出！聖人的舍利即是功德聚，禮敬聖人的舍利猶如禮敬其人。功德難量！

During the 3rd Anniversary of Shamar Rinpoche's Parinirvana, I was in his main seat Sharminub Monastery, where it housed the holy relics of his heart, eyes and tongue.

After three times of the stupa Circumambulation, the Retreat teacher Lama Nyinjan and I sat silently without a single thought. Was it the blessing of Rinpoche? After a while of meditation, the innocent sound of children and harmonious drum mixed with the Mahakala music ... as the lineage is still continuing!

On the other side of the world, the relic of Rinpoche sprang from the land of Virginia of USA. Relic of a Saint is the merit accumulation. The prostration to his relic is the same as prostration to him. What immeasurable merits!

深圳-佛山參訪

老僧自有安閒法，我們把這個安閒法分享給有緣人，讓菩薩的慈悲與智慧落在人間。此次在深圳，佛山參訪，看到了人間的苦與樂，更看到了人間心性的靱性與強悍！若受用佛法更能圓滿人生。

There's a path to a leisurely and carefree life. We'd love to share it with all the connected ones. Let's leave bodhisattvas' compassion and wisdom in the world. During the visit to Shenzhen and Foshan, I saw suffering and joy happening in this world. Moreover, I saw the toughness of human minds. Human life can be even more fulfilled by absorbing Buddha Dharma.

旭光寺供養

雖然一切如幻，但慈心仍須繼續。內心的悅樂是騙不了人的。

我和上海的朋友趙苓，一起去旭光寺供養時，堪布嘉誠（卡林朋佛學院的校長，照顧小朋友的一切生活所需。）與穿著新衣小朋友。我問他辛苦嗎？！堪布微笑著，說：「吉波都（藏語）！」意思是，很幸福！。

八識的種子

環境可以造化一個人，但我們八識的種子發芽時更加有力。當種子遇到因緣時，果報自然會成熟。
我見過一個小女孩，她16歲就覺得吃肉很噁心，餐桌上的肉與人的肉狗或貓的肉沒有差別，自然開始食素。
她的想法改變，脫落了一些舊有的觀念，像貌也變得清麗娟秀起來。真是相隨心轉，不可思議。
我走著走著⋯，天邊映出了美麗的丹霞！

An environment can change a person, but it is more powerful only when the seeds in alayavijnana (Store-Consciousness) sprouted . When the seed (cause) meets the right condition, result (karma) will ripen.

I have seen a 16 year old girl, who finds eating meat disgusting, as she thinks that the meat on the table is no different from the meat of a human being ,a dog or cat, which naturally led her to become a vegetarian. Her thinking changed, the old concepts "peeled off". Her appearance also became lucid beauty .Truly is outward appearance changed according to change of heart. Amazing !

As I'm walking, the horizon reflected a beautiful sunset .

八關齋戒白度母出關

出關了，是寂靜的綻放吧，一切景物都變得美好。
瑜珈，田園瑞穗，山嵐，海豚戲浪，原住民的傳統歌舞，道友出自內心的喜悅與微笑⋯⋯。
回到家中，在工作崗位上的佛法受用！

Radiating serenity from Retreat, everything becomes so wonderful.
Yoga, fields and gardens, clouds and mists in the mountains, playful dolphins, aboriginals' traditional dance, dharma friends' heartfelt joy and smiles.....
Dharma learnt from Retreat can be practiced at home and workplace!

八關齋戒白度母

當我們看到無常的真諦時，才會真心對待他人，並珍惜當下的每個片刻。
在茫然的世界中，選擇一個最有價值的事情，我們希望是閉關。何以故？迅速回到自己，覺得自己像個人故。
暇滿人身啊，覺醒啊！我們修了一個星期的八關齋戒白度母，種下菩提種子，信受奉行的離去，期待下次的相逢！

Only when we realize the truth of impermanence, we will treat others with a loving heart and treasure every present moment. In a world with no purpose or focus, Retreat is what we chose as the most valuable thing. Because it is the most quickest way for us to return to one's own self, and feel the virtue of human life. Awakening ! Precious human life ! For an entire week, we have been in the White Tara Eight Precepts Retreat, where the seed of bodhicitta was planted in every one of us. Every one of us left the Retreat with unshaken faith. Looking forward to meeting all of you in Retreat again !

什麼叫作佛？過去佛現在佛未來佛都叫佛。沒有覺悟的眾生叫作眾生，覺悟的眾生叫作佛。所以說佛也包含了現在沒有覺悟的眾生，我們對一切的眾生都要好。

所以瓔珞並不是掛在外面漂漂亮亮的
讓大家看到以後很羨慕
很崇拜的那種
而是他自己內心的那種道德的力量
慈悲的那種力量
讓人家肅然起敬的那種恭敬
那個才叫作瓔珞

洛陽龍門石窟

本來想說一口氣多看幾個景點，但是，我想要滑過去的瞬間，那些石刻上的文字與圖像，讓我自然駐足，不只是欣賞，而是感動與震憾。並且有種莫名心酸的感覺。
歷史的興衰與無常啊！眾生在輪迴，佛陀在寂靜中周顧十方！
這是洛陽龍門石窟，圓滿報身盧舎那佛。
