旭光寺的早課和月夜. 尼泊爾旭光寺，我又回來了!近鄉情更
諸位菩薩大德， 吾於2007年跟隨第十七世噶瑪巴聽列泰耶多傑和夏瑪巴在菩提迦葉出家，2008年成立菩提道台中中心，其宗旨在推廣佛行事業，傳布佛法，實踐菩薩行，淨化人心，祕密莊嚴人間淨土。 於2012年在台灣法界電視臺弘揚噶舉傳承與菩提心等佛法大意。2013年兩位法王指派吾兼任花蓮寺院法務，自2014年將定期辦理紐聶〈十一面千手觀音斷食法)，白度母等閉關法會。 今錄製光碟，流通結緣。願諸高僧大德不吝賜教! 當今我們遭遇如此殊勝之教法，皆不願勝教衰微。今祈請大德齊心協力，共濟未來。 Google部落格http://bodhipath07.blogspot.com/ (菩提道台中中心)

Taichung Bodhipath center and Hualian center activities plan in 2014
Hualian
1. January - Mahakala puja
2. February - 1 week Nyungnay retreat
3. February & March - weekly Study group on 'seven points of mind training'
4. August - 1 week White Tara retreat
5. November - 1 week of Gyalwa Gyatso grand puja and Shamarpa initiation
6. Once a month group practice of Amitabha or Chenrezig
7. Life release activity 3 times a year (subject to approval from government authority)
Taichung
1. January - Mahakala puja
2. April to July - I) Amitabha or Chenrezig practice ii) Weekly Study group on "Bodhisattvacaryāvatāra"
3. Once a month group practice of Four Arm Chenrezig or Tara

二，2月份 ，紐聶閉關一週。
三，2~3月份，讀書會(講座)，題目，修心七要 ，每週一次。
四，8月份，白度母閉關一週。
五，11月份，(1)紅觀音大型法會一週。 (2)夏瑪巴灌頂法會。
六，彌陀，四臂觀音每月各一次。
七，放生法會，一年三次。〈配合縣府批文〉

紐聶之本尊為千手千眼觀世音菩薩，其法之表現及功德利益:
1，身相: 千手表示千位轉輪聖王，千眼表賢劫千佛。以行與智能利益眾生廣大及長遠之意。故能開發我們的敏銳觀察，機智與慈悲心。十一面表五部諸佛及明王之事業。 語:六字明及大悲咒，其功德能得廣大辯才。諸佛盡一劫亦不能宣說其功德。 意:菩薩以智慧和大悲雙運，度一切有情。
2，常修此本尊，能消除一切災厄，得安穩，除怖畏，除惡障，除諸病。並可預示命運興衰，起伏，開展宏途。諸佛及護法相伴，助仕途高升，廣聚財祿等等。 紐聶:就是八關齋戒加上一天不吃不喝，精進修行十一面千手觀音法。龍樹菩薩:八關齋戒功德乃出世之功德，其利益超過一輩子五戒之功德。於行門中，能明瞭六根受六麈干擾之過患，身心俱寂。 諸'位大德，花蓮中心即將每年定期辦理此法會，願有志者盡力參與!
Nyungnay 's Yidam is Thousand Arms Avalokiteshvara. The appearance and merits are :
1) Body: Thousand Arms symbolized Thousands of Cakravartin. Thousand Eyes symbolized Bhadrakalpa. With action and wisdom benefiting countless sentient beings . Hence, it can inspire and enhance our sharp observation , quick wit and compassion . Eleven faces symbolized 5 Buddhas of 5 directions and career of Acalanatha. Speech: The Six Syllable and Great Compassion Mantra, its benefits is acquiring unbeatable debating ability . Its non-exhaustive merits could not even been concluded by Buddhas in a Kalpa . Mind: Bodhisattva uses wisdom and infinite compassion to save sentient beings from sufferings.
2) Frequent practice can remove obstacles , improve health , fulfill wishes and increase merits. Nyungnay is One day fasting in addition to The Eight Precepts and with dedicated practice of Thousand Arms Avalokiteshvara. Nagauna said 'The merits of The Eight Precepts is lot more than that of lifetime of Five Precepts" In the Retreat, one would understand the six roots of sensations are pure and clean, free from human desire .
